MOLDOVA VREA AUTOSTRADĂ!

👉Încă o reușită. După 500 km parcurși, și întrevederea cu experți din delegația Uniunii Europene din Kiev in legatura cu subiectul autostrăzii Chișinău-Odessa, ce ar continua eforturile contribuabililor români, să creeze conectivitate sporită prin infrastructura modernă - Autostrada, pentru doua țari ai Parteneriatului Estic, (Moldova si Ucraina).
👉Am constatat cu satisfacție recunoașterea succesului unic si incontestabil al grupului de lucru condus de IDEP Moldova și MVA, pe parcursul a 11 luni, de dezbateri, conferințe, negocieri în cadrul intrevederilor la Chișinău, Iași, Odessa, Strasbourg, Luxemburg, Bruxelles, București, Kiev, Chișinău.
Republica Moldova poate valorifica gratuit efortul depus de grupul de lucru, IDEP Moldova și MVA și a atrage fonduri:
👉1. 10 milioane euro nerambursabile pentru studiul de fezabilitate Chișinău-Ungheni,
👉2. 22 milioane euro nerambursabile pentru studiul de fezabilitate Chișinău-Odessa,
👉3. Anumit cuantum nerambursabil (pâna 40%) pentru construcția autostrăzii Ungheni-Chișinău, si apoi spre Odessa.
Pentru aceasta este nevoie:
👉1. Declararea autostrăzii Ungheni-Chișinău-Odessa în calitate de prioritate națională.
👉2. Introducerea constructiei autostrăzii în planul de acțiuni a Guvernului și modificarea în Planul Indicativ European TEN-T
a trosonului Chișinău-Ungheni în autostradă
și Chișinău-Odessa.
👉3.Semnarea memorandumului de colaborare a Guvernului Republicii Moldova cu IDEP Moldova pentru atragerea fondurilor europene (nerambursabile).
Ministerul Infrasructurii din Ucraina, în corespundere cu scrisoarea primită în adresa IDEP Moldova, privește oportun acțiuni în vederea intenisficării măsurilor pentru coridorul TEN-T. Totodată, organizarea unor acțiuni comune coordonate la nivel oficial cu România și Republica Moldova, pentru a lansa negocieri între experți și donatori, astfel încît autostrada Târgu Mureș-Iași-Ungheni-Chișinău-Odessa (parte a coridorul TEN-T) să devină realitate.
În curând vom veni cu alte rezultate și reușite.

After 500 km traveled, also the meeting with experts from the Delegation of the European Union in Kiev on the subject about Chisinau-Odessa highway, which would continue the efforts of the Romanian taxpayers, to create increased connectivity through the modern infrastructure - the Highway, for two countries of the Eastern Partnership, (Moldova and Ukraine).
We discovered with satisfaction the recognition of the unique and indisputable success of the working group led by IDEP Moldova and MVA, during 11 months, of debates, conferences, negotiations during the meetings in Chisinau, Iasi, Odessa, Strasbourg, Luxembourg, Brussels, Bucharest, Kiev, Chisinau.
The Republic of Moldova can capitalize on the effort of the working group, IDEP Moldova and MVA for free and raise funds:
👉1. 10 million euros non-reimbursable (grant) for the Chisinau-Ungheni feasibility study,
👉2. 22 million euro non-reimbursable (grant) for the Chisinau-Odessa feasibility study,
👉3. Certain non-refundable amount (up to 40%) for the construction of the Ungheni-Chisinau highway, and then to Odessa.
This requires:
👉1. Declaration of the Ungheni-Chisinau-Odessa highway as a national priority.
👉2. Introducing the highway construction in the Government's action plan and the modification in the TEN-T European Indicative Plan of the Chisinau-Ungheni section on the highway and Chisinau-Odessa.
👉3. Signing the Memorandum of Collaboration between Government of the Republic of Moldova and IDEP Moldova in order to attract European funds (non-refundable).
Ukraine stakeholders according to the response of the Ministry of Infrastructure from Ukraine, appreciate postively actions for development on TEN-T road network. Also, it is clear that it need for coordinated actions with Romania and the Republic of Moldova, in order to launch as narrow a negotiation between experts and donors as possible, so that the Târgu Mures-Iasi-Ungheni-Chisinau-Odessa (part of corridor TEN-T) highway becomes a reality.
Soon we will come up with other successful results.

Мы с удовлетворением обнаружили признание уникального и неоспоримого успеха рабочей группы, возглавляемой IDEP Moldova и MVA, в течение 11 месяцев дискуссий, конференций, переговоров во время встреч в Кишиневе, Яссах, Одессе, Страсбурге, Люксембурге, Брюсселе, Бухаресте. , Киев, Кишинев.
Республика Молдова может бесплатно использовать усилия рабочей группы IDEP Moldova и MVA, для освоения следующих средств:
👉1. Невозмещаемый грант в размере 10 миллионов евро для технико-экономического обоснования Кишинев-Унгень.
👉2. Невозвратный грант в размере 22 млн. Евро для технико-экономического обоснования Кишинев-Одесса.
👉3. Определенная невозмещаемая (грант) сумма (до 40%) для строительства автодороги Унгень-Кишинев, а затем в Одессу.
Это требует:
👉1. Объявление автомобильной дороги Унгень-Кишинев-Одесса национальным приоритетом.
👉2. Включение строительства автомагистрали в план действий Правительства и внесение изменений в Европейский Индикативный план TEN-T участка Кишинев-Унгены на шоссе и Кишинев-Одесса.
👉3. Подписание Меморандума о сотрудничестве между Правительством Республики Молдова и IDEP Moldova с целью привлечения европейских (невозмещаемых) средств.
Заинтересованные стороны Украины, согласно письму Министерства инфраструктуры Украины, поддерживают усилия развития корридора TEN-T. Также, этому может содействовать совместные скоординированные действия с Румынией и Республикой Молдова, чтобы начать переговоры между экспертами и донорами, чтобы шоссе Тыргу-Муреш Шоссе Яссы-Унгены-Кишинев-Одесса (часть коридора TEN-T) стало реальностью.
Вскоре у нас появятся другие успешные результаты.
